Helping Organisations Improve Their Sleep

The imprtance of sleep to our performance at work is increasingly being recongnised. I have developed  a corporate sleep programme, based on The Sleep Geek Approach that will assist organisations to help their staff sleep better and improve their health and wellbeing. Organisations can access this help via one session or half days and full days that utilise seminars and drop-in clinics

 

The Sleep Geek Seminars set out to change employees thoughts and behaviours around sleep; it helps them create the right bedtime routine and highlights the importance of the sleep environment and picking the right products to achieve good quality sleep.
