Sleep Well, Work Well
I have developed, in collaberation with Westfield Health and The Sleep Lab, a corporate sleep programme that will assist organisations to help their staff sleep better and improve their health and wellbeing. Our aim with Sleep Well Work Well is to offer credible, accesible advice and tools that will help your workforce sleep better, perform better at work and be healthier.
Sleep 101 sets out to change their thoughts and behaviours around sleep, helps them create the right bedtime routine and highlights the importance of the sleep environment and picking the right products to achieve good quality sleep. We offer several different versions of Sleep 101:
Our Sleep Clinics work with your staff and their children to solve sleep issues or sleep disorders such as
-Struggling to get to sleep
-Waking up in the night
-Delayed sleep phase syndrome
Restless leg syndrome
-Parasomnias (Sleep walking, night terrors etc)

-A sleep offering that is delivered over several years
-Recruitment consultation to ensure you employ staff with the right sleep type for the hours you wish them to work

We can help them develop their skills around sleep, train them to deliver our Sleep 101 seminars and, depending on their level of knowledge, help them to train as sleep practitioners.
