The Sleep Geek Approach
Many existing sleep interventions either demand an unnecessary total change in routine and lifestyle, that ends up with the poor sleeper failing, or like mindfulness apps, only focus on one part of what might be stopping you from sleeping.
My approach is designed to help you understand who you are as a sleeper, in terms of your sleep type, your sleep need and your sleep opportunity and then makes easy to apply suggestions and techniques on changing your behaviours, your mindset and your sleep environment to get better sleep.
About your sleep
As we go through life our sleep changes with our age; men and women sleep differently and different things impact on their sleep. Acknowledging these differences can help to better understand your sleep.
For instance, our height can impact on our sleep environment, the size of bed we sleep on, and our weight can make us more likely to suffer from certain sleep disorders.
Understanding a little about you as a sleeper allows me to offer bespoke content for your particular sleep issues, and helps me, to help you to create a sleep programme that is unique to you.
