The preparation of the sleep programme(s) is overseen by James Wilson AKA The Sleep Geek. The Programmes are based on an CBT-I (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia) approach incorporating Sleep Environment Analysis and Sleep Disorder Screening. but will be unique to you based on the answers you give to the questionnaires. The questionnaires will be sent to you via e-mail and you must ensure you give us an up to date e-mail address that you can access. We are not responsible if you do not receive the questionnaires. You will need to fill out the questionnaire and send it back to us via e-mail to
It could be that we require to talk to you over the phone, or via another means of communication such as Skype or Facetime. We will decide if this is necessary and we will contact you for contact details if required.

It is only when The Sleep Geek Ltd receives all this information that a new programme can be designed by The Sleep Geek Ltd and sent out within 5 working days. If we receive these details after 17.00 hours GMT, the timescale will begin the following day. If you pick the 6 week e-mail support package or the 12 month support package the support begins when we send out your sleep programme. If we send out the programme after 17.00 hours GMT then the support start the next working day.

In the event of staff training and office closure you will be notified 2 weeks (14 days) in advance. Please note the production of programmes will remain in place and not be affected.

You will pay the full amount via the shopping cart on this website which uses PayPal. You will not be sent any part of the sleep programme before payment has been received. We only accept payment via the shopping cart on our website.


When following the Sleep Programme developed by The Sleep Geek Ltd you are doing so responsibly with your own guidance and take full responsibility for the effects on your body which you may experience along the way.

As with any health and wellbeing programme you assume certain risks to your health and safety.

The Sleep Geek Ltd does not act as medical doctors. You MUST consult your doctor before beginning ANY of our programmes, no exceptions. You MUST consult your doctor/physical therapist immediately in the event of illness or injury and follow their direct advice which could mean stopping the programme altogether. You are using the chosen programme at your own risk and The Sleep Geek Ltd is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using the range of programmes available.

The Sleep Geek Ltd maintains the correct and appropriate insurance with a reputable UK Insurer, we ensure our policy is renewed on an annual basis and details of our cover can be provided upon written request. Any and all potential claims need to be made in writing and a company representative will respond within 30 days.


The Sleep Geek Ltd may use your personal information to provide products and associated services you request to administer your account and to contact you for feedback on your use of such products and services. All information supplied will be held by The Sleep Geek Ltd and will remain secure and confidential. Your details will only be used for research purposes and will not be passed on to any third parties or used for marketing purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.The data will only be disclosed to employees of The Sleep Geek Ltd to enable them to produce your programme.


Since The Sleep Geek Ltd is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any product from our site and in the unlikely event the programme does not work for you, this would not warrant a refund.

However, we realise that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we may honour requests for a refund for the following reasons:

  • Product not-as-described and as detailed above in our terms and conditions: such issues should be reported within 3 days from the date the product is received. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described either on the website and or in our terms and conditions. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
  • In the event of serious debilitating illness or injury. Confirmation of this in the form of a doctor's note or medical certificate will need to be provided before consideration.
